Preface
To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience on your part, we recommend that you read the instruction manual carefully before seeking guarantee service. It is advisable that before the client seeks guarantee service, the product and product environment is inspected visually. Furthermore the client may be asked questions and given simple instructions over the phone to help identify the fault.
2-year guarantee (legal guarantee)
Under EU rules the customer has the right to a 2-year guarantee.
If goods the customer bought turn out to be faulty, the company will first try to repair the product within a reasonable amount of time. If a repair is not possible the company will replace the item free of charge. If neither repair nor replacement are possible the company will offer a partial or full refund depending on the case. The customer might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor, such as a scratch on a cd case.
How to get goods repaired, replaced or refunded
- The 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as the customer receives your goods.
- The customer must inform the seller within 2 months of discovering the fault, otherwise the right to the guarantee may be lost.
- Within 6 months of their receipt, the customer simply need to show the trader that the goods are faulty.
- But, after 6 months the customer needs to prove that the defect already existed on receipt of the goods, for example, by showing that it is due to the poor quality of the materials used.
